STAGE II: PRODUCTION

The designing stage has completed!

The production of your order can now start. We are very well prepared for this stage: we set solid foundations, excluded all the spotted defects, minimized the risk of failures and optimized – so far, on paper – the entire production process.

Now, the time has come to switch from theory to practice. In this tab, we will cover the production process of your element in detail.

LOGISTICS

The production and assembly of your order were performed seamlessly. It would not have been so smooth without our thorough planning and effective cooperation.

Our actions resulted in the production of the finished product which is neatly packed and secured according to the highest applicable standards with all the necessary markings and labels (such as: assortment name, EAN codes, production date and identification number of the employee who packed the order). Thanks to the accurate product labelling, we can identify a given production batch any time and trace it backwards.

The prepared order is then moved to the logistics department. At Gieros, it is combined with our warehouses. There are:

The supplies of plastics and components from external companies needed for the execution of our projects are stored here. On the ongoing basis, we monitor the market of plastics, dyes and other additives, and plan the purchase, so that we can receive the supplies in a timely manner. The inventory maintenance securing the ongoing production is extremely important in the current situation of pandemic, war and economic crisis. We are supported by IT systems our warehouses are equipped with. Thanks to our meticulous approach, we can operate without interruptions and help you carry out your plans.

WAREHOUSE OF FINISHED AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

Packed finished products received from the assembly department are stored here until their pick-up. You can arrange any transport of your order your want, and we will support its execution. Above all, we will make sure that your products are ready for the shipment to the address you provide, either as a single parcel or on a pallet, by a given date. You can also pick up your order yourself. We will be happy to see you at our company! Regardless of the transport method you choose, you will soon be able to enjoy the tangible results of your cooperation with Gieros.
